    That looks like the signature of Theo-Helmut Lieb (RK & EL), future 'Lion Of Cherkassy'. I have it on a citation dated February 1940 as an Oberst and Kdr of IR-27.

      Bingo, thanks Hucks. That makes the stamp 290 ID which he temporarily commanded for a couple of months.

      Somebody had misidentified the doc and written 'Norwegen' on the back thinking it was the 280 ID.
