The man pictured is actually Gauleiter (and future SS-Ogruf.) Wilhelm Murr. I have seen the uncropped version of this photo and others from the same sequence, and SS-Brigf. Alfred Arnold indeed appears in it- but he was a very portly fellow with a thick moustache.

Thanks for the correction. Most of the people in the photos were named. However, the people were not named in order as they were sitting at the table.
As I am not familiar with most of them I assumed (incorrectly) that the older guy sitting next to Frau Arnold in both photos was Alfred Arnold. Would it be possible to name the people in the photo in order as they are seated. Here are the photos in question.I guess that Alfred Arnold is the guy on the left in the first photo.
