These unit markings appear in an orange piped NCO's parade tunic converted into a Waffenrock.

Markings read:

2./K.R. 18

11./K.R. 18

What unit is this please?

The stamps are for Kavallerie-Regiment 18 (Cavalry Regiment 180, the 2 and 11 denote the Schwadron which is a cavalry squadron or "mounted company". Not sure what you mean by a Parade tunic converted to a Waffenrock which really are the same thing.
