In general yes, but not the Prussion ones. They are all burnt in spring 1945 when the military archive in Berlin was bombed and totally burnt out.
But if you need e. g. some information from the Bavaria, Württemberg, Saxon or Austrian regiments you may ask in Munich, Karlsruhe, Dresden or Vienna in the State Archives there.
