Honor roll clasp holders with two award dates

In Horst Scheibert's book about the holders of the honor roll clasp you can see that with 5 diffirent awardees 2 dates are mentioned e.g:

    Emil Weber 27.05.1943 and 27.02.1944
    Ernst Baginski 07.04.1944 and 27.05.1944

What does this mean? Did the soldier get the honor roll clasp twice?

    Hope somebody can answer this

    Thanks in advance.

I think you will also find differences based on which original source was used, the actual award date or the date of the relevant ehrenblatt
Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.

I understand that different sources were used but it clearly says + in the book and not or.
        Here's an example.

I probably found out what's going on.

I've got the anerkennung / ehreblattspange document to one of the soldiers who is mentioned twice.

I got the first ehrenblatt where he is mentioned. The only thing is that his name is written wrong.
I just found the second ehrenblatt where his name is written correct.

This is probably the reason why there are two dates mentioned.

I have examples of this also and have not come to any concrete conclusion except in one case where the date was actually the awarded date as opposed to the date that it was printed in orders/Ehrenblatte.

in the case of Baginski with the first date of 7.4.1944 he is mentioned in the ehrenblatt as Baganski.
In the ehrenblatt of 27.5.1944 his name is spelled correctly as Baginski.

I got the document to Oberarzt Faderl.
In the ehrenblatt of 17.4.1944 his name is misspelled as Fladerl and in the ehrenblatt of 7.7.1944 his name is spelled good.

Personnel files often list date approved and date awarded.
