Research on Kriegsmarine officer

Hi gentlemen,

I'm would like to research an officer (Oberleutnant Z.S.): Dr. H.A.Wilberg.

He served on the naval artillery.

Can anyone help, or point me in the right direction?

I found in the website Historisches MarineArchiv a great coincidence:

In his tunic i have the initials "H.A.Wilberg" and internal date "Juni 1938".

Any opinion?
