Help w/White Heer Tunic Name ID

Hi Folks:

When I was in Germany 2002-3005..I purchased this tunic off EBAY..and as soon as I bought it...someone sent me an e-mail offering to buy it.

I really like this 8 button front Capt Ordnance summer white tunic that has a small cloth yellow cloth label on the inside...with I "think" unit marking and name.

I need some help with finding a name in the writing. It's always helpful to have a 2nd or 3rd or 24th set of eyes.

This looks more like a museum inventory tag and all I can see are numbers. I do not think it is a name tag.
