Hello, I am researching this Female NSDAP member's book and was wondering if anyone could decipher her profession and address in Halle? Thanks.

Looks like "Kfm.-Angestellte", just merchant or business employee.

RFM (Reichsfinanzministerium) Employee is my offering for her job title.

Still stumped/working on the address.

Address is Dieskauerstrasse 2. Is her name Freund, by any chance? The 1940 address book for Halle has a Mr. and Mrs. Freund, with his job listed as Kaufmann, at that address.

Also a widow Schüle and a Konsistorin Stehler. The rest of the people at that address were male.

Thank you for the replies! Her name is Frieda Stiehler. She was born in Halle and lived in Halle-Saale, Ortsgruppe Johannesplatz until December 1938.

OK. That fits.

My typos. It was Stiehler, not Stehler, and the job title in the address book was Kontoristin, or office clerk.

Is the second part of her title still "Angestellte"?

Angestellte just means (female) employee (male is Angestellter). Assuming I'm right about the Kfm. part, that would mean with the Kontoristin title in the address book, that she was basically a clerk or secretary in a business.

I agree with Dave. It is "Kfm." - kaufmännische Angestellte - commercial clerc/employee. No doubt.
