PRINZ EUGEN COLONEL & BLOOD ORDER HOLDER INFO NEEDED

Hello,
I am looking for any information on an SS-Colonel, who was a blood order recipient, that ended up serving with the Prinz Eugen Division. I believe his list of awards may have included a KVK1, EK2, SA sport badge, all 3 of the party LS medals. and possibly a few of the "flower war" medals.
