Info wanted on Viktor Brum-KIA 1943

Bought my first death card today, and Id love to find out more about Him.

    Viktor Brum,19 years old,from Urzig/Waldrach.

Private in a Panzer Grenadier regiment (which one?)

Seriously wounded at a battle 25 August 1943 on the Donets, and died in a field hospital, buried 100 KM north of Stalino.

Id like to know what battle was he killed in ,what unit he served with, and possibly exactly where the grave site is?
Maybe he was brought back to Germany?
I cannot read German very well,so the German miltary websites arent much help.

Id really like to know more about this young man.Thank you

On August 16, 1943 was the start of a Soviet ofensive against the Mius line toward Stalino.
If I think good, the Heeresgruppe Mitte was this area (maybe 2nd panzerarmee, and 9th army retreat, and the 9th panzerdivision covered this movement)
But you can search for units on wehrmacht-lexikon or feldgrau and on another (english language)sites.
If he buried near Stalino,I think he remained there(maybe rest in peace)
The Volksbund database can help from person.

See how awful my German is?

I thought his name was was BRUM,not Prum!!

Its quite saddening that his memorial service was held just 8 days before his 20th birthday..War has taken so many young men from us..Just makes me sick.

Thank you SO much! It really is exciting to know this information.

          You guys are the BEST!
