Flugplatz (Airfield) or street address

Could someone please help me with what is scratched on to the reverse of this pilot badge.

It reads "Munchen 2 Platz L 3"

Is this the address of an airfield (Flugplatz), training field, air skill/ officer school or just a street address.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated because it will solve a mystery.

There is a ü after the capital M with an umlaut above the u.
