Units & divisions and such things is way beyond my knowledge so I need help here guys !!!!
I have this small cigar case with an inscription and I wonder if you can read it out for me ?
Witch regiment, were it was located etc .............

Hello to all ; all right about the translation, but the figure in the regiment is ONE instead of SEVEN for me..........see the difference between the seven in 1937 and the one in 31...so it is 1. / IR 31.
