      Paul,

The promotion 28.11.1944 was made by leichte Feld Haubitzer Batterie, Wehkreis Unterfüher Lehrgang VII.
Prior to that his appointment 27.9.1944 with leichte Artillerie Ersatz und Ausbildungs Abteilung 8

Can't make anything out at all really on the awards page except the unit against his wound 7.2.1945....could be A.R. 320?

If so then Artillerie Regiment 320 was with 320. Volks-Grenadier-Division
That would make sense as his two previous units were Artillerie, however those awards from his EK II onwards are made by a Kompanie Chef so no longer Artillerie!!!

Anything on leave or payment pages? Seems an influx of awards so late in the war, especially when we can not identify his units and he was only temporarily fit when discharged from hospital!

From that we can see he was wounded and in hospital from 7.2.1945 and on convalescent leave until 14.4.1945....so out of combat for just over 2 months.

                Then where?.......

L62 indicates he is fit for limited duties with injuries to his joints.
