Gentlemen,
a very good friend of my parents and mine Erich Lichtenfeld
passed away and I am looking for some wartime information of his.
As far as I know he had been a crew member on a Ju 88 and the pilot
had been (rank ?) Odenhard (t ?) who received the KC..
Is there any chance to get a hold of a crew picture or some information
regarding their missions ???
Erich had been extremely secretive about his wartime career...
his post war occupation had been working for "Henschel Flugzeugwerke"
in Kassel... where I had visited him several times
Any information is most welcomed !

Dear Sir,

Wilhelm Odenhardt was awarded the KC as a observer in the 4?KG-4 "General Wever" on Oct. 29,1944. He was an Oberfeldwebel. However the Odenhard(t) that you mentioned was a pilot.
