I am trying to create a list of German war monuments that were built during WW2, i.e. prior to the fall of the Third Reich. Not N-party monuments, but war/military monuments. I know almost all of these were destroyed after the war, but I am just trying to locate the names and locations of where such monuments/memorials used to be. Any pictures (WW2 period or modern) anyone could post would be equally helpful. Again, I am looking for war monuments built during the war. Thank you in advance for any assistance!

German War Monuments Built During WW2?

Cemetery monuments are also of interest, i.e. structures (that are not graves themselves) that are meant to memorialize the fallen/the war.
I know there were many monuments in the East (such is my impression), but I am in need of specific examples, i.e. places/background on the particular monuments, especially photos of them during the war (before they were destroyed). I know of some on Crete built during the war, but am looking for other examples/sites as well from other locations (either in lands occupied by Germany and/or monuments in Germany proper).
