LW License Plate ID needed

Gentlemen,

I have a photo of a Luftwaffe truck which was taken in Holland in Sept. 1944.
Is there any way to figure out what unit or division this truck belonged to by
using the license plate number?

Here is a close up of the license plate with markings WL 4233 36.
Hoping this may help solve a mystery regarding the German response to "Operation Market Garden".
