Can anyone tell me who was in command of this regiment in December 1.944?

I have a citation for a member of its 5th company signed by an Oberst und Regimentskommandeur, it was singen on December 11th, 1.944.

Thanks Ian, I have just purchased in Germany a group to a Panzer NCO who served with Pz.Rgt. 5 and after Afrika with Panzer Lehr Regiment 130 and received the "25" Panzer Assault Badge and I have tpo ID the signature, thanks again.

Tomorrow I hope I can put scans of this and other pieces I obtained in Germany.
