Help needed:

Did IR 15 serve on the eastern front, specifically the Crimean Campaign? I find no evidence of such.

I had German for three years in High School and two years at University....but that was a LONG time ago.

Did IR 15 serve on the eastern front, specifically the Crimean Campaign? I find no evidence of such.

IR 15 served in Russia from the opening day of Barbarossa until the surrender at Stalingrad as part of the 29th ( Mot ) Infanterie Divison but never in the Crimea.
