Silver Poison Ring

Inside the band of this poison ring is engraved: "ICH ATME TIEF UNDE OHNE ANGST". I understand this translates as, "I breath deeply and without fear." It is marked "925" for silver content. On each side of the ring are dragons. It has a compartment under the hinged top large enough to hold a pill. Is anyone familiar with the above, "Ich atme tief..." quote? Does this saying have any literary significance to the Third Reich or German culture in general? Any information would be appreciated.

It is marked "925" for silver content.

Those rings were some kind of fashion in the 1920s, and have therefore nothing to do with the 3rd Reich or SS.

The one in question here is indeed a fake, as the silver markings "925" were not used before 1945. Before 1945 it would show a straight number, in this case "900", or more likely "800", as this was the silver-class they used mostly in those years.
