Looking for information about these two HKB. I know that they were stationed at coastal defences in Southern Norway (Larvik, Kragerø)

HKB is the abbreviation for Heeres-küsten batterie.
979 and 980 refer to a Heeres-küstenartillerie regiment or HKAR
where you see HKB and those numbers is when they're reffered to thus HKB 4./979
