What do these Luftwaffe Unit markings stand for ???

If anyone can help me out, I'd be grateful. I just picked up this cap outof a house and I cannot find my reference book on the unit abbreviations.
The pipng on this cap, which is dated 1937, is the same color as the cap body. I seem to recall that pre-war this was used by reservists. Anyone know if that's correct?

The one stamp stands for Fliegerhorst Command (air base command) Dedelstorf--the other looks like Sonderabteilung/ something (special detachment/ something)--I can't make out what is on the other side of the /.
