Orpo term ?

A new one for me:

an Orpo abbreviation:

S.Ak. followed by an area command (I assume) "Ost," "Mitte," etc

Schutzpolizei Abschittkommando. An administrative subdivision term used in larger cities usually by direction as you mention: Ost, Mitte, Nord, usw. Sometimes Roman Numerals.
