Hi Guys!

I need help to identify Feldpost number: 41151E ?
Is it Marineflakabteilung.811 and was stationed in Graf Spee batterie (near Brest)?

Reason Im asking is that Matrosenhauptgefreiter. Zideck Feldpost.Nr. 41151E I found written on a paper tag inside a KM gasmask container, where 7.Batterie Marineflakabteilung.811 was stamped on a game box who came with the container.

24.11.1943 Stab, 1.-2. u. 5.-7. Batterie Marine-Flak-Abteilung 811 und 4. Batterie Marine-Flak-Abteilung 804.

Looks like it belonged to 6 Batterie.

Marine-Flak-Abteilung 811

Formed January 1942 in Emden with 7 Batteries and transferred to Brest; August 1944 disbanded though capitualion of Festung (Fortrus) Brest.

Under: Seekommandant Bretagne (24. Marine-Flak-Rgt, later III Marine-Flak-Brigade)

Thats impressive! I think I have asked this before but I have to ask again; where do you get all this information from?
So I had right in my conclusion that FP41151E was MarineFlakabteilung.811
That makes the little lot`quite a bit more interesting for me.
