Wehrmacht Wirtschaft Kommando zur besonderen Verwendung in (town/Region) Oels
Wehrmacht Staf (for special use) for gestion of logistics in O.

- Wi.Kdo.Saporosje
Wirtschaft Kommando in Saparosje
Staf for gestion of logistics in S.

To translate these specific terms isn't that evident.
