Heeres Flak Unit Information Needed

I have a pair of field grey slip-taps (these fit on shoulder straps) for a Heeres Flak Unit and I am trying to find information about the unit. I have searched Lexicon der Wehrmacht with no success. One slip tab has a winged shell on it and the number 713. The shell and number are in red stitching. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a Kriegsmarine Flak unit with that number...

Marine-Flak-Abteilung 713

Aufgestellt im März 1945 beim Marine-Flak-Regiment 3.

Formed 5.44 in Swinemünde with 7 batteries.

Subordinated to Küstenbefehlshaber mittlere Ostsee, and from 1944 Seekdt. Pommern (3. Marine-Flak-Regiment).
