Grenadier-Regiment 294, 18.VGD, Ardennes Offensive

Guys, i´m looking for the rank and name of the Kompanieführer (Company-leader) of the 3. Kompanie of Grenadier-Regiment 294 at the start of the Ardennes Offensive.
The Regiment was part of the 18.Volks-Grenadier-Division.

If no one knows, then the rank and name of the I.Bataillon-führer or the Regiment-führer will do

I think the Regimentführer was Major (later Oberstlt.) Wilhelm Druke, who won the Ritterkreuz for taking St. Vith. Correct?

Still hoping that someone knows the Kompanieführer or I.Bataillonführer
