Which timeframe (period from, till)? Oberst Streit commanded the Regiment from 09.06.1944 till the 07.12.1944 as I mentioned on AHF.

I've the book. It is a beautiful and wonderful picture book but it does not contain many data. One of the reasons why I am trying to gather/collect as much as possible to the 9. Panzer-Division to - hopefully - publish it in the form of a honorful divisionsgeschichte.

You can look here, there may be some info in NARA- these provide brief descriptions and locations of records. The 9th PD is at the bottom of the PDF for "Divisions II"

I think that one of the most complete book about Pz Regt. 33 and 9. Pz Division in Normandy is that one :

I bought it and I can say that it is a great document about the end of normandy campaign, after Falaise pocket. The autor met several veterans of the division, got many unknown photos, realised several maps.

                Many thanks for answers!

I collect information on all the commanders of tank units that participated in the Battle of Normandy. The books of Lefevre and Bernage do not. I was only interested in the names of the commanders of battalions and companies Panzer-Regiment 33.

                Regards,
                Igor

NARA or the Military Archives division of the Bundesarchiv may be your best resources for this.
