SKL Diaries: KM Working with BBC???

WOW!!! I found this passage today while going through SKL's war diaries:

War Diary of the German Naval Staff Operations Division, 30 June 1942, Section I. War In Foreign Waters, Paragraph 2. Own Situation, Page 364: “It has been established beyond any doubt that a German seaman from Ship-16 who was captured by the British while he was in a prize crew (or aboard blockade breaker), is regularly addressing the German Armed Forces over the British Broadcasting System. All captains and officers of our auxiliary cruisers are therefore instructed to impress upon their crews once more that the strictest secrecy is essential concerning all plans in order to prevent treason. See Radiogram 2108”

Does anyone know of any source to reference the text of the Radiograms or any ideas of how I can see if there are any sources of BBC transmissions?

It would be amazing to ascertain who this was and what ship he was picked-up from!

All:

I think this sailor was broadcasting for the British Political Warfare Executive on radio station "Kurzwellensender Atlantik" (speziell für U-Boot-Besatzungen und Blockadebrecher). The station broadcast from an underground bunker near Sussex.
