Dickel....DKIG???

Dear Forum members; I have a period named tunic to one 'Dickel' with loops for a DKIG or perhaps some kind of foreign award?

The tunic is for a SS Obersturmführer but I can't find any records of a DKIG being awarded to someone called Dickel in the W-SS. Does anyone know of a Dickel in perhaps another fieldcommissioned unit that received the DKIG?

Not SS, but there is a Dickel who was in the Luftwaffe who won the DKiG...
