    Feldpost number, 00396.

I need some help with feldpost number 00396, for 10-5-1944 and 20-5-1944.
According to my FPN source its:

    (Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) Stab Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 115,
    (12.7.1941-26.1.1942) Stab und 15. Kompanie Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 115,
    dann Stab und 15. Batterie Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 115,
    (15.7.1942-24.1.1943) gestrichen,
    (1.8.1943-23.3.1944) 22.9.1943 Hafenkapitän Kalamata,
    9.10.1943 Hafenkapitän Nauplia,
    19.11.1943 gestrichen, wurde Fp.Nr. 44550 AD.

But the last one (Hafenkapitän Nauplia) is not possible as the guy was an easternfront combatant
and only went to the west for officer pz-jg training which was in Bergen, Germany.
I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

Sometimes the FP Nr. disks have errors as they were scanned using OCR.
Worthwhile having someone check the FP Nr. books......unfortunately I can not at the moment.

In a Soldbuch i bought resently, i´m scanning it now.
I hope to have it on my website late today or tomorrow.

The guy started as Schütze and was in Panzer-Jäger Abteilung 11.
He climbed up the ladder and somewhere in 1943 he begun on his officer training.
He also did some training at the Panzertruppen-schule Bergen after that.

But untill now i do not know when that training at Pz.Tr.Schule Bergen ended.
He did saw more action later on, because he got equiped with some items and weapon(s) and got wounded in April 1945 (ofcourse that could have happened in one of the Kampfgruppe created from the Panzerschule).

Its a very interresting Soldbuch IMO, with nice entry´s that i did not had in my collection before. And its my first officer´s Soldbuch

Here is a picture of the stamp.
I was looking into the FPN list, and if the "3" is an "8" then it makes more sense!
In hand it really looks like an "3", but now that i see the picture on my PC, it looks more like an "8"!

If its an "8", then its:

              (1.8.1943-23.3.1944) 4.10.1943 Stab und Einheit Panzer-Lehrgänge Oldebroek.

That would make allot of sense, since he was in 4. Panzerjäger-Sturmgeschutz-Lehr-Kompanie (of Panzertruppen-schule Bergen) a bit later on!
