I found different units named "Philipp". One is with Major Philipp, 1944 Heeresgruppe Südunkraine

    28.Aug 1944 LXXII Korps z. b. V. / 6. Armee
    29.Aug - 3 Sep XXIX Korps / 6. Armee

The other one with general philipp. Heeresgruppe Süd, XXIX Korps / Armeegruppe Wöhler.

    A third one was a Sperr-Btl. Philipp (1944)

It is, the document was signed for him by a Hauptmann but the dates match for that command-

                      The parent unit-

The Hauptmann who signed the paper was "Phillip" himself. Btw., I will show some more documents but have to watermark them first.

                        Regards
