What is a wehrkreis betreuung unit?
I´ve found some stamps from that unit in a soldbuch.
It says: "Wehrkreisbetreuungstp. 16"
The soldier got wounded a few times, could it be related to that?

Oh i made a mistake, its "Wehrkreisbetreuungskp. 16".
So its 16. Kompanie.

I'm not exactly sure what it is how ever my Great Grandfather transferred into Wehrkreis-Betreuungs Kompanie 18 where he was a chef and a valet for senior officers.
