How to find a SS man and US CPL 65th Inf.

Hello,

No clue where to dig.. Id like to research to see if a

SS Rottenfuhrer Karl Munze was ever in the SS Unit 1/182 Ahlen District.


Im also trying to track down a US CPL R. BYRD of the 65th Inf stationed in INNS AUSTRIA in May of 45?


Any help pointing me in the right direction is very appreciated.
