Looking for some good detailed information on the battles that the 35.SS-Polizei-Grenadier Division fought in the last days of the war 15-30 April 1945. Maps would be great but other information like town names and defensive postions.

Some information for your research could come from the Vermisstenbildliste Band WD page 268 - 306.
There the (hundreds of) missing are listed.
For the month of april 1945 the region of GUBEN-COTTBUS stands out as a place where the division took heavy losses.
After that the division withdraw by passing LIEBEROSE in the direction of BERLIN.
There were heavy losses taken again in the vicinity of MÄRK. BUCHHOLZ.
At the end the division was lost in the "HALBE KESSEL"
