Goblet winner help

Hello all, I need help with this Honor Goblet recipient (16. 7. 1942) - Oberleutnant Wilhelm Sander, he was an obzerver in a reconneisanse unit at the time of his award. Can anyone point out some more info about him - awards?, did he survived the war?, any other appointments in his carrer?
All the help would be greatly appreciated!
