Pz Rgt 15 officer list in 1939

I'm looking for the list of commander of the 4./Panzer-Rgt. 15 ans specialy for the name of the Hauptmann who was commander this unit in august 1939.

I dont know if he still commanded the 4 Kp. in august, but in Jan. 39 it was Hptm. Theodor Graf Schimmelmann von Lindenburg

In early 1939 it was Major von Drabich-Waechter it is hard to know by the month and the main list was published in 1939. There is a 1938 list that another Member has.
