It's actually a company. A standard infantry division had two along with two ambulance companies, all were named as individual units as opposed to subunits of a medical battalion so what you see here is the 2 Sanitäts Kompanie of the 134 Infanterie Division medical services.

Realistically your chances are remote of finding any names, you haven't specified a particular date you're interested in so there could have been half a dozen or more commanders throughout the war. He will however have been a doctor, probably an oberarzt or stabsarzt
