Luftwaffe Leutnant in Haarlem, Holland.

I got a picture of a leutnant named Böhmler.
Can anyone tell me what kind of leutnant he was? if thats possible.
I mean, was he a flight guy? or FLAK guy?
Ofcourse i know its hard to see on a black/white photo..

The seller called him a Panzerjeager, but i've got no clue why.

And does anyone know where i can find information about Luftwaffe personal in Haarlem?
