I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

And on http://www.feldgrau.com/l-infanterie.html i saw that Luftwaffen-Schützen-Bataillone exist.
But i couldn't find it on Lexikon Der Wehrmacht.
A landesschutzen bataillon 396 does exist though, maybe that then?I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.

It doesn't really make a lot sense.
Yes there was a Landesschützen Btl. 396 but you wouldn't get 'gem' with it nor did it have 10 companies.
There was a Schw.Flak Btl.396 but that doesn't fit either. You also get Landesschützen kompanien der luftwaffe which guarded LW facilities but finding out anything about them is very difficult.Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.Comment
