Well, Blomberg was Oberbefehlshaber des Heeres in 1936 if i'm not wrong?
But as you know this is not his signature, maby his deputy?

Well, actually he wasn't. Blomberg was c-in-c Wehrmacht and Reichsminister of War. C-in-c Army was Freiherr von Fritsch and you're right, this signature does not belong to either.

So could be very hard to find out who signed it. Don't know what doc it is, but some could be signed by really low employees like a secretary.

It is also signed by Hitler and von Fritsch (on behalf of Blomberg), so this guy would be quite senior, probably von Fritsch's deputy.

What's the document? Might it be one of the officers from the HPA for example?
