Heer schnell unit

I am looking for any information on a Heer unit. The unit is 5 schwe/ Schnel abt.212. I appreciate any help, I believe it is a reconnaisance unit.

The "schnelle Abteilung 212" was the name as of 1.Sep 1942 of the Aufklärungs-Abt 212. (recon Bn) of the 212 Inf Div.
This name "schnelle Abt 212" was changed again on 1.Oct 1943 into Div.Füsilier Btl . (an other name for the same recon Bn!)
17.9.1944 it was dissolved.
Recreated again 27.9.1944 to serve as the recon Bn of the 212 VGD
5. Schw = the 5th Heavy Coy ( Antitank, mortar, MG)
