Hans Lange - Kampf-Geschwader 51

Hi,
I need help to identify a German pilot. I know his name was Hans Lange and he was awarded the Spanish Cross w. Swords in Silber.

Any chance to find out what happend to him. I know there was a Hans Lange who recieved the DKiG from the Kampf-Geschwader 51.

Could it be the same Hans Lange?

If the Hans Lange in question is the flyer who served with KG51 he was killed in Russia on 18 June 42 while serving with the 2nd staffel of KG51 as a Hauptmann.

It appears he also served as 3rd staffel Staffelkapitan.

there is a (Heinz) Lange in the JG51 molders.

I am not sure if he was or not, I would imagine your question about a picture of Lange was to see if he was wearing the award.

As you do know his award of the DKiG is fairly early, December of 1941 if i recall and it would imply, along with him being a staffelkapitan that he had some length of service with the LW though perhaps not all with KG51.

Let me look a bit more and see if something turns up.
