Help w/IDing 16.Pz.PI.Btl. officers

Hi, I am trying to ID these two officers. The first officer was with Pionier-Bataillon 16 between the wars, and in Russia with Panzer-pionier Bataillon 16. I believe both of these officers are with 3./Pz.Pi.Btl.16
