Can anyone help me out with the "history" of this Fp number?? Found it:

(Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) 11. Kompanie Landwehr- Infanterie-Regiment 40,

(2.1.1940-27.4.1940) gestrichen,

(15.9.1940-31.1.1941) Fallschirm-Nachrichten-Kompanie Flieger-Division 7,

(27.1.1942-14.7.1942) Fallschirm-Nachrichten-Kompanie Luftnachrichten-Abteilung Flieger-Division 7,

dann 1. Nachrichten-Kompanie Fallschirm-Luftnachrichten-Abteilung 7,

(25.1.1943-31.7.1943) 1. Kompanie Luftnachrichten-Abteilung Fallschim-Jäger-Division 1,

(1.8.1943-23.3.1944) 10.1.1944 1. Kompanie Fallschim-Luftnachrichten-Abteilung 1,

(24.3.1944-6.11.1944) 26.6.1944 1. Kompanie Fallschirm-Nachrichten-Abteilung 1.

There are 4 kia may 1940, according to Dutch sources belonging to 1./LNA41 which is impossible. They can only have belonged to Fsch.N.Kp. 7.

The N.Kp.7 became an Abteilung after may 1940.
The Kameradschaft of this unit mention: 1./LN 7, später 1./FschN 1. Fp.nr. L19269

but then we have 1./LN 7 becomes 1./LN 41 becomes 7./FschN 1 (http://www.ww2.dk/ground/ln/lna41.html)

So I was looking for any info on that number but as you can see:
(15.9.1940-31.1.1941) Fallschirm-Nachrichten-Kompanie Flieger-Division 7

So now I'm looking for the May 1940 FP no. of the N.Kp.7 and that of 1./LN41.

The dates in brackets mean the FP Nr. was assigined to that unit betwen those two dates, so 11 Kompanie Landwehr Infanterie Regiment according the FP Übersicht was given the FP Nr. between 26.8.1939 (mobilisation) and 1.1.1940. When you check the unit it was actually formed on mobilisation anyway 26.8.1940.
Then between 2.1.1940 and 27.4.1940 it was cancelled. 1.1.1940 it actually became Infanterie Regiment 335.

Again if you look at:

(1.8.1943-23.3.1944) 10.1.1944 1. Kompanie Fallschim-Luftnachrichten-Abteilung 1

The bracketed dates mean between 1.8.1943 and 23.3.1944 however out of the brackets you have the actual date it was used for that unit.....10.1.1944 which of course is between those dates but it is a big gap!

This is the date that it appear in FP Übersicht and not the date it was formed or renamed.

Hope that makes it a bit clearer?
