I need some help ID'ing some documents.

They are to Kampfgruppe z.b.V. 400, I cannot read the stamps too well, what is the feldpost # for this unit 1942/3?

And since I am asking, who were the IA and group Commander for this unit?

I am assuming Luftflotte 2 AFRIKA at this time.
