Need help with a Unit mark on a buckle 13/J.R. 19 I

Hello Everyone, I have a Heer buckle that is Unit Marked that I would like to do some more research on before I place it on the Estand. I have done some searching and figured out a little bit but I would like to know where the guy would have fought or traveled.

The tab is marked: 13/J.R. 19 I

I have been able to determine this much...

13 / Infantry Regiment 19 Field Service

please correct me if I am wrong

the buckle is dated 1936

Why do you wrote "Field service"? Where did you find this info?

I'll have to find it again, But I had found a chart showing what the different letters were for and the "I" was for Field Service.
