        Thanks;
        I know this unit was a KM unit and was most likely destroyed after D-Day.
        Any other thoughts on this FP?
        Jerry.

          The listings for this FpNr are as shown by Dennis.
          Maybe the list is incomplete for that period - do you have a photo of the item with the FpNr on it?

            Sorry to tell you but this is what I got.
            I do not know what kind of document you have regarding this Feldpostnummer, but maybe your document is fake??

            Post some pictures of your document with this Feldpostnummer.

              Dennis;
              Thanks for the efforts. The item is a KM helmet. Marked to a Montrose(KM rank). The other marking is FPN(or FPM) 12343H. At one time the FP was explained to me to be from defensive sector Cherbourg.
              Again Thanks.

                Hi,

                No problem.
                BTW: I have actually never seen a letter up to H on Feldpostnummers?
                Are you sure it is not a B?

                Probably somebody who can confirm that Feldpostnummer letters where used up to H? I have only seen up to E.
