Jäger Regiment =Infanterie Regiment?

Guys,
when I started collecting, one of the first things I bought was a dog tag with 5/J.R. 151 on it. At the time I noted that it was from 5.Kp, 151 Jäger Regiment and left it at that. Now I'm looking again at my list and thought I'd try to find out a bit more about the unit.
Am I right in assuming that this was an early title for what turned into an Infanterie Rgt. and then a Grenadier Rgt.? If so, was this unit part of the 61 Inf. Div.

"I" is written as "J".....so J.R. on a dog tag would actually mean Infanterie Regiment.....
There was no Jäger Regiment 151.

What looks like a "J" is in fact an "I", so the tag is for someone who belonged to Infanterie Regiment 151.
