I am trying to research a recent tunic acquisition to an officer (Leutnant) in Gebirgsjager Regiment 137. The officer's name is Ritter von Hoch, and the tunic is dated June 1939. I have the 1939 Rangliste and it does not show any officer by that name in service anywhere.
I was wondering if someone might have a regimental officer listing for GJR137? I know there was a Helmut Ritter von Hoch who received the DKiG while a Hauptmann as a member of GR987 in November 1944. It is possible that this is the same individual, but I would need more information on that person too.
