8. Jäger Division

Hello Forum,

I've been trying to to find some information about the 8. Jäger Division (Schlessische Division) for some time now.
But I can't find any places where you can buy books which describes their uniforms, insignia, order of battles and so on.. I would be very glad if they contained some scans of war time photos related to the 8. Jäger Division.

Are there any books out there, which you would recommend? English or German doesen't matter, just as long as they are informative and accurate.

I have just had a look where I normally get my unit histories from and can not find a copy of the book.

These pdfs are well worth it, they include scans of original TO&E tables, names of unit commanders, high award winners and a short overview of where the division served.

How long did it take, before you received an email with the pdf docs from them?

After paying you should have been redirected to a download page . you should have got a confirmation of payment e-mail. The whole process takes about 2 minutes, i've downloaded about 10 or so documents from there.

I have only received one email from them

I ordered a couple also and I think I made the same mistake.....after paying by paypal I was directed to what I thought was the same page I originally ordered from, if not then ......I need to get that link again somehow!??!

What does those flags and signs mean??
